Guest guest Posted April 16, 2008 Report Share Posted April 16, 2008 Robin-take asparagus spears and steam them for about 3 minutes, remove from pan and let cool. Rub with some oliove oil and dried herbs. Take them with you to BBQ. You can BBQ them in a wire grilling basket or wrap in foil and lay on the grill. You can butter some corn on the cob, wrap in foil and BBQ. Look in the recipe files for the group and fine some good salsa recipes and some dips too. I like to make macaroni salad and add salsa to it, spice it up a bit. Hope that helped.
