Guest guest Posted April 17, 2008 Report Share Posted April 17, 2008 Red Slaw 1 medium head of cabbage, grated coarsely 3/4 cup apple-cider vinegar 2/3 cup sugar 2 teaspoons salt 3/4 cup ketchup or thick tomato sauce 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper 2 teaspoons hot sauce Grate cabbage coarsely, using food processor or hand grater. Place cabbage in refrigerator. Mix other ingredients, then blend with chilled cabbage until slaw is moist. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Makes 10 to 15 servings.
