Guest guest Posted April 10, 2008 Report Share Posted April 10, 2008 Salsa Carioca (Venezuela) 2 medium serrano pepper, chopped 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 small tomato, chopped 1 medium avocado, peeled and chopped 2 hardcooked eggs, chopped Dressing 3 teaspoons hot pepper sauce 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 teaspoon coriander pepper to taste Combine all dressing ingredients. allow to sit for 1 hour to blend flavors. toss salad ingredients with the dressing.
