Guest guest Posted March 21, 2008 Report Share Posted March 21, 2008 Piquin Sauce 1 ounce dried chile Piquin 1/4 teaspoon cumin 1/4 cup oil 8 ounces tomato sauce 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh garlic Heat oil unti hot and remove from heat, pour chile to fry about 2 min in hot oil, then drain on paper towels.
