Casera Sauce

Use on whatever you like. I like to baste with it.

 

Casera Sauce

 

1 1/2 cups tomatoes, finely chopped

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1 each clove garlic,finely chopped

1 each jalapeno chili, canned,seeded and finely

chopped

1/2 teaspoon jalepeno chile liquid

1 tablespoon cilantro, fresh, snipped fine

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves, dried

1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil

 

Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl.Cover and

refrigerate up to 7 days. Yields about 2 cups of sauce.
