Guest guest Posted March 16, 2008 Report Share Posted March 16, 2008 Artichoke and Cheese Dip 1 16 oz. can artichoke hearts in water, drained and coarsely chopped 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1 cup mayonnaise 1 7 oz. can chiles, chopped Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a rectangular glass pan and spread dip evenly over the bottom of the pan. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
