Guest guest Posted March 13, 2008 Report Share Posted March 13, 2008 Sherry Marinade 1/2 cup cream sherry 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 cup water 1/3 cup honey 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 pinch red pepper flakes, optional Combine all ingredients until well blended. Before add to the meat, stir well to be sure honey is combined with other ingredients and has not settled to bottom. Its a good idea to stir while marinating for the same reason.
