Guest guest Posted March 12, 2008 Report Share Posted March 12, 2008 Cabbage Curry 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon urad dal 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 green chile 1 cup mixed veggies 1 medium cabbage salt to taste 1 pinch turmeric Heat oil, mustard seeds, Urad Daal, cumin seeds, and green chile. Roast for a few seconds. Add mixed vegs. and cabbage. Sprinkle salt and turmeric. Cook on high heat for a couple of minutes, then cover and cook on low until done.
