Guest guest Posted March 5, 2008 Report Share Posted March 5, 2008 Spicy Tomato Raita 3 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped, about 3 cups 1 small cucumber, seeded and chopped 2 cups plain low-fat yogurt 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt In large bowl combine all ingredients until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Use as a condiment to serve with grilled or baked tofu or as a dip with vegetables. Makes about 4 cups.
