Sparkling Spicy Pepper Berry Cocktail

 

1 1/2 ounces chilled vodka

1 ounce cranberry juice

1/2 teaspoon raspberry flavored liquer

4 black peppercorns

1 ounce soda water

1 small mint sprig

 

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, combine

the vodka, cranberry juice and raspberry liqueur.

Cover tightly and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Put

the peppercorns in a chilled tall Champagne tumbler or

cocktail glass and pour the cocktail into the glass.

Top off with soda water, garnish with the mint sprig

and serve.

Serves 1.
