Tierso Spicy Cabbage 4 tbsps. margarine 1/2 tsp. white cumin seeds 3 to 8 dried red chilies, to taste 1 small onion, sliced 2 1/2 cups cabbage, shredded 2 carrots, grated 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsps. lemon juice Melt the margarine in a saucepan and fry the white cumin seeds and dried red chilies for about 30 seconds. Add the sliced onion and fry for about 2 minutes. Add the cabbage and carrots and stir-fry for a further 5 minutes until the cabbage is soft. Finally, stir in the salt and lemon juice and serve.
