That isn't a duymn question at all. Here's what I would do. Place

the diced tempeh or the whole piece casseole disj or glass pie plate,

add a little water and cover with some awx paper and microwave for a

few minutes. You basically want to soften the tempeh and plump it

up. I have done this before when my syeamer was busy steaming

veggies.
