We used smoked Chedder and wow it disappeared in minutes. 4 cups fresh corn kernels or frozen, thawed and drained 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature 1 7 ounce can diced green chilis 2 teaspoons chili powder 2 teaspoons cumin Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 1 1/2 quart baking dish or cast iron skillet Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Transfer to prepared dish. Bake until bubbling, about 30 minutes. Be a better pen pal.
