Guest guest Posted November 25, 2007 Report Share Posted November 25, 2007 Minted Cucumber Chutney 8 ounce yogurt drained 2 seedless cucumbers peeled, diced 1/8 cup mint, diced 1/8 cup seltzer 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon asofoetida salt to taste freshly ground black pepper to taste Place the drained yogurt in a medium bowl.
