Guest guest Posted November 23, 2007 Report Share Posted November 23, 2007 Asian Marinade for Vegetables Try this mix with eggplant, zucchini, squash and bell peppers. 1/4 cup low-sodium tamari or soy sauce 1/2 cup water or apple juice 1 tablespoon dark-roasted sesame oil 2 tablespoons rice vinegar or cider vinegar 2 tablespoons mirin 1 tablespoon minced gingerroot 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons sesame seeds 1/2 teaspoon wasabi powder, optional but very hot Combine all ingredients well in food processor fitted with metal blade or in blender.
