Guest guest Posted November 1, 2007 Report Share Posted November 1, 2007 Sauteed Cabbage Burritos 1 onion chopped 4 tbsps. oil 1 head of cabbage cut into eighths, then sliced crosswise 2 tbsps. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. vinegar, I use white wine vinegar, but any other vinegar will work 2 tbsps. nutritional yeast 1 to 2 tbsps. Sriracha, Thai hot sauce 2 cloves of garlic or 1 tsp. garlic salt salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsps. additional oil, optional In large pot, sauté onion in oil until transparent. Add remaining ingredients and cook until cabbage is soft and golden. Wrap in warm tortilla and enjoy. Be smarter than spam.
