Aztec Quiche 1 1/4 cups Jack Cheese, grated 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated 1 9-inch deep dish pie crust 1 4 oz. can diced chiles 1 cup half and half cream 3 eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground cumin Spread the grated Jack cheese and half of the grated Cheddar over the bottom of the pie crust. Sprinkle the diced chilies over the cheese. In a bowl, mix together half and half cream, eggs, ,salt and ground cumin. Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Sprinkle with the remaining grated Cheddar.
