Guest guest Posted November 1, 2007 Report Share Posted November 1, 2007 Cucumber Mustard Chutney 1 cucumber 2 tsps. mustard seeds 2 tsps. tamarind pulp 2 tsps. sesame seeds 4 to 6 dry red chilis salt to taste a pinch of turmeric Chop cucumber finely. Soak mustard seeds in water for 30 minutes. Grind mustard seeds and sesame seeds and red chilis with tamarind to thick soft paste.
