Guest guest Posted October 27, 2007 Report Share Posted October 27, 2007 East Indian Seitan Over Rice 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1/2 cup green pepper, chpped 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon vegetable oil 2 cups seitan, diced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder 1 28 oz cn whole tomatoes 1 tablespoon veg. worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped 1/4 cup raisins 2 cups hot cooked rice Cook onion, pepper, garlic powder in oil until onion tender, about 3 minutes.
