Guest guest Posted October 23, 2007 Report Share Posted October 23, 2007 Red Pepper Chutney 1/2 large red bell pepper chopped 20 large fresh chopped mint leaves 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon asofoetida 1 tablespoon chopped slivered blanched almonds 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill Place bell pepper, mint leaves, lemon juice, asofoetida, cayenne, salt, and black pepper in an electric blender.
