Guest guest Posted October 23, 2007 Report Share Posted October 23, 2007 Avocado Salsa 3 large ripe avocados (not soft), coarsely chopped 3 fresh tomatillos (husks removed), wash, dry & dice 1 small onion, finely diced 2 cloves garlic, minced juice of 2 limes 1 jalapeno chile pepper, minced 1 teaspoon salt 1 bunch cilantro, minced In a medium bowl, stir together avocados, tomatillos, onion, garlic, lime juice, chile, salt, and cilantro.
