Guest guest Posted October 12, 2007 Report Share Posted October 12, 2007 Hot And Spicy Chili Sauce 5 pounds ripe tomatoes 2 medium onions 3/4 cup sugar 1 1/4 cups cider vinegar 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon curry powder Chop vegetables, add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour or a little more until thick. Put into blender and process until smooth. Return to pot and bring to a boil. Bottle in sterilized jars. Place in boiling water canner for 10 minutes. Don't let your dream ride pass you by.
