Guest guest Posted October 7, 2007 Report Share Posted October 7, 2007 Trinidadian Mango Chow 2 half ripe mangoes peeled and chunked 2 limes/lemons juiced 2 cloves garlic crushed 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1 tbsp. olive oil salt scotch bonnet peppers, if you like hot, to taste Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and adjust seasonings to taste until you are satisfied. Instead of mangoes you could use half ripe peaches/nectarines,cucumbers,granny smith apples,carambola (star fruit),green guavas or any crunchy sour fruit All new Mail - Get a sneak peak at messages with a handy reading pane.
