Guest guest Posted October 7, 2007 Report Share Posted October 7, 2007 Curried Cauliflower 1 tbsp. canola oil 3/4 cup chopped onion 3/4 cup frozen green peas 1 head of cauliflower, chopped and steamed 1 tbsp. curry powder 2 tsps. cumin 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper Heat canola oil in large skillet. Add onion and sauté for one minute. Add remaining ingredients and stir until vegetables are coated with the spices. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring often.
