Guest guest Posted October 7, 2007 Report Share Posted October 7, 2007 For the Moorish marinade 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped 2 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped. 1/2 cup olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon ground coriander, optional 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, optional In an 8 by 10 inch shallow baking dish, combine the onion and parsley, then blend in the other ingredients. Use on tempeh Kebobs, will work on any type.
