Guest guest Posted September 27, 2007 Report Share Posted September 27, 2007 Hot Chipotle Cocktail Sauce 1/2 cup thick chili sauce 2 tbsps. minced fresh coriander or 1/4 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 tsp. grated lime rind 2 tbsps. lime juice 1 tbsp. adobo sauce 1 chipotle pepper, seeded and minced 1/2 tsp. ground cumin In bowl, mix together chili sauce, coriander, lime rind and juice, adobo sauce, chipotle pepper and cumin. Great on veggies, fish, seafood or tofu. Makes 3/4 cup. Be smarter than spam.
