Guest guest Posted September 24, 2007 Report Share Posted September 24, 2007 Fig and Chile Salsa 1 bermuda onion 3 mild chiles 2 serrano chilies 4 tbsps. minced fresh cilantro 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste juice of one lime Roast and peel chilies, remove seeds and stem and chop coarsely Mince onion and Serrano chile fine. Add minced cilantro. Remove stem and cut figs into chunks Toss all in a bowl gently to not break figs. Add sugar, salt and lime juice, mix all and allow to stand to 30 min.
