Guest guest Posted August 28, 2007 Report Share Posted August 28, 2007 Spicy Ginger Sauce (for pasta) 3 tbsps. vegetable oil 3 tbsps. rice vinegar 1 1/2 tbsps. low-sodium soy sauce 1 tbsp. oriental sesame oil 2 tsps. minced peeled fresh ginger 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. dried crushed red pepper 2 green onions, thinly sliced 1 carrot, peeled, shredded 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded, chopped 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro Whisk all ingredients to blend in large bowl.
