Malawi Curry Powder (African)

 

10 small dried hot red chiles, seeds removed

3 tablespoons coriander seeds

1 tablespoon black peppercorns

3 tablespoons poppy seeds

2 teaspoons black mustard seeds

1 tablespoon cumin seeds

1 tablespoon turmeric

10 cloves

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

 

Combine all ingredients in a spice mill and grind to a

fine powder. Store in an airtight container. The

hottest curry powder found in Africa.
