Guest guest Posted August 10, 2007 Report Share Posted August 10, 2007 My Hummus 30 ounces canned garbanzo beans 3 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons lemon juice, or more to taste 6 tablespoons sesame tahini 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin, or to taste (optional) salt to taste finely chopped parsley for garnish Drain liquid from 1 can garbanzo beans and put beans in a food processor or blender. Add remaining can garbanzo beans with its liquid, garlic, lemon juice, and tahini, and process until smooth. Add cumin (if used) and salt to taste and process or blend a few seconds more.
