I'm a bit slow, but glad I got around to this. The rice is quite nice

on its own, but the tempeh mixture is wonderful (even though I forgot

to cook the black-eyed peas w/bay leaves). Thanks Scott!

 

(Now I've got to eat my way through the next 149 recipes I've saved

in my Inbox.)
