Guest guest Posted July 28, 2007 Report Share Posted July 28, 2007 Peppy Chick Pea Dip 1 14 1/2 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1/4 cup buttermilk salad dressing 2 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper 2 tablespoons chopped, pitted ripe olives radishes, thinly sliced vegetable dippers assorted crackers, optional In food processor bowl or blender container combine garbanzo beans, yogurt, salad dressing, bread crumbs, lemon juice and red pepper. Cover and process or blend until smooth. Stir in olives. Chill, covered, at least 1 hour. Garnish with radishes, if desired. Serve with vegetable dippers and assorted crackers.
