Guest guest Posted July 21, 2007 Report Share Posted July 21, 2007 " Chard-donnay " 1 bunch of chard, washed and drained, cut into 2-inch pieces 2 1/2 tsps. olive oil 2 to 3 squeezed garlic cloves dash of salt, red pepper and pepper to taste 1/4 cup chardonnay wine (any white or blush wine) Heat up the wok or skillet with the olive oil, add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add chard and saute for a few minutes until wilted. Add salt, red pepper flakes and pepper. Stir to mix. Add wine, stir again. Stir fry for a few more minutes and serve. / Come and gather our recipes.
