Tomatillo Salsa

 

4 medium tomatillos, cooked, peeled

4 medium red bell peppers, seeded

1 small jalapeno pepper or a hotter variety

1/4 cup minced, fresh cilantro

1 garlic clove, chopped

some onion diced

1 tablespoon herb vinegar

Garnish with cilantro

 

Place everything in a blender or food processor and

process til almost smooth, but leave it a little

chunky. Season with salt.
