Guest guest Posted July 7, 2007 Report Share Posted July 7, 2007 Hubris Hummus 30 ounces prepared garbonzo beans, drained 8 cloves garlic 1 cup toasted sesame seeds juice from 2 limes 1 teaspoon salt or to taste 1/3 cup rinsed chopped fresh parsley leaves 1 minced jalapeno pepper 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil Puree the garbonzos with the garlic, sesame, lime juice, salt, parsley and jalapeno adding oil slowly to create a paste.
