Green Chili Cheese Puffs

 

5 eggs

1/4 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup cottage cheese

2 cups Jack cheese

1/4 cup margarine, melted

1 small can green chilies, chopped

 

In a mixing bowl beat eggs until lemon colored. Add

flour and baking powder. Mix again. Add cheeses, oleo

and green chilies. Stir with a spoon until blended.

Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350

degrees for 45 to 55 minutes, until center is set.
