Guest guest Posted June 5, 2007 Report Share Posted June 5, 2007 Spicy Yogurt Peanut Sauce for Fries 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons finely chopped, peeled ginger root 1 to 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper In food processor or blender, process yogurt, peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger root and red pepper until smooth, pulsing on and off. Place in a small bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with fries or potato wedges. Makes about 1 1/4 cups. Be smarter than spam.
