Guest guest Posted May 21, 2007 Report Share Posted May 21, 2007 Fresh Greens With Orange Cumin Dressing 8 oz. fresh, mixed salad greens, washed and spun dry Dressing: 1/4 cup orange juice 2 tbsps. white wine vinegar 1/4 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil In small bowl, whisk together orange juice, vinegar, cumin and salt. Slowly add oil, whisking continually. Pour over greens and toss well. Makes 6 servings. Calories 125, Fat 12. 6 g, Carbs 3 g. Fiber 0.8 g. Be smarter than spam.
