Spinach & Mandarin Salad

Prep: 5 min.

a.. 1 bunch spinach, washed and torn into pieces

b.. 6 ounces mandarin oranges

c.. 1/2 cup fat-free poppy seed dressing

d.. 2 Tbs. walnuts* (optional), chopped

e.. 1/2 cup jicama, peeled and shredded

Put spinach in a serving bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix.

 

 

Per serving: calories 53, fat 0.5g, 8% calories from fat, cholesterol 0mg,

protein 2.9g, carbohydrates 11.1g, fiber 4.0g, sugar 6.5g, sodium 358mg, diet

points 0.8.
