Guest guest Posted April 13, 2007 Report Share Posted April 13, 2007 Persimmon Cilantro Salsa 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 1/2 tbsps. minced red onion 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice 1 tsp. minced jalapeno pepper 2 ripe persimmons, peeled and coarsely chopped Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well.
