The mushrooms were great--thanks Renuka!

 

And AJ's Lentils were also yummy. (I would advocate medium or hot

salsa, but I only had mild available; nothing that a little crushed

red pepper can't fix!)

 

Yes, it was an odd combination for 1 meal, but we are all full :)
