Guest guest Posted April 6, 2007 Report Share Posted April 6, 2007 Peanut Chutney 1 cup roasted, unsalted peanuts 1 tablespoon red chile powder, or to taste 1 teaspoon sugar salt to taste In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Pulse with the on/off button until mixture is semi-coarse. This chutney acts as a spicy salad dressing for tomato and cucumber salad. Or coat chicken with peanut chutney before baking. Makes 1 cup.
