Guest guest Posted March 26, 2007 Report Share Posted March 26, 2007 Cayenne Hummus 2 cloves garlic 2 cans 15 oz each garbanzo beans 1/3 c. tahini 1/3 c. lemon juice 1/2 c. water 3 tbsps. olive oil 1/2 tsp. cayenne salt Drop garlic into a food processor with the motor running, whirl to mince. Add garbanzos, tahini, lemon juice, 2 T. olive oil and cayenne; process until smooth. Scrape into serving bowl, drizzle with remaining oil. Salt to taste. Expecting?
