Guest guest Posted March 28, 2007 Report Share Posted March 28, 2007 Hot Salad Dressing 1 tsp. ground cayenne 2 green New Mexican chiles, roasted, peeled, stems and seeds removed, chopped 1/2 cup catsup 3/4 cup cider vinegar 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley freshly ground black pepper In a food processor or blender, puree the fruit and garlic. Add the remaining ingredients, seasoning with salt, pepper and herbs. Makes 1 pint. Be smarter than spam.
