Guest guest Posted March 26, 2007 Report Share Posted March 26, 2007 Linguine with Tofu and Pesto 1 lb. firm tofu, mashed 2 tbsps. pesto sauce 2 tsps. garlic, minced 1 tsp. chili powder 2 tbsps. olive oil salt and pepper to taste linguine pasta, cooked according to directions on package Heat and mix all of the ingredients together, until smooth.
