Guest guest Posted March 21, 2007 Report Share Posted March 21, 2007 Hot Jalapeno Bread 1 tablespoon Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1 package, 5/16 oz. yeast 1 tablespoon sugar 1 cup unbleached flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup bread flour 7/8 cup water 2 tablespoons or less jalapeno peppers, chopped Put all ingredients, in the order given, into the bread pan, select white bread and push Start.
