Guest guest Posted March 18, 2007 Report Share Posted March 18, 2007 Ancho Salsa 4 ancho chiles, dried 1 cup orange juice 2 red peppers, roasted and peeled 1 clove garlic 1 teaspoon salt Soak ancho peppers in hot water for 15 minutes. Place ancho peppers, orange juice, bell peppers, garlic and salt in food processor and process for 2 minutes. Serve over grilled fish. Serve with chips. Finding fabulous fares is fun.
