Guest guest Posted February 27, 2007 Report Share Posted February 27, 2007 Green Olive-and-Walnut Spread 1 cup pitted green olives, chopped 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped 1 cup walnuts, chopped 1/2 cup green onions, chopped 1/3 cup vegetable oil 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper salt to taste freshly ground pepper Freezes beautifully. Make a double batch! Combine all ingredients except the salt and pepper in a food processor. Process just until the spread holds together, and be careful not to puree.
