Guest guest Posted February 24, 2007 Report Share Posted February 24, 2007 Indian Corny Spinach Cutlets 1 cup spinach blanched and chopped 1 cup corn, grated 1 cup paneer (cottage cheese), mashed 4 hot green chilies, chopped 1 tsp. garlic paste 1 tbsp. corn flour salt to taste Mix in all the ingredients together. Knead well to make a soft dough. Make round cutlets of the mixture. Shallow fry in hot oil till golden brown on both sides. Garnish with sliced onions Serve hot with tomato sauce or spicy dip.
