Guest guest Posted February 9, 2007 Report Share Posted February 9, 2007 Labneh Swiss Chard Dip 2 bunches Swiss chard 1 bunch parsley, minced 1 lb labneh (drained yogurt) 5 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 bunch fresh mint, chopped or 1 tsp. crushed dried mint 1/2 tsp salt or to taste 1 or 2 mint sprigs for garnish Wash Swiss chard thoroughly under cold running water. Remove stems and chop leaves. Place leaves in saucepan with water to cover. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes. Drain. Squeeze out excess water. Place chard in bowl along with minced parsley, labneh, garlic, mint and salt. Mix well. Mound on platter. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
